1. The service

uOptimise provides Windows optimisation software and related cloud services (licensing, account management, support). You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

2. Accounts & security

You must register an account and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and recovery codes safe and for activity on your account.

3. Licences

Licences are personal and bound to your device. Sharing, reselling or attempting to spoof or bypass licence enforcement is prohibited and may result in suspension or a ban. Only administrators can transfer a licence.

4. Subscription & billing

The plan is $20 per year, billed annually with automatic renewal until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 12 hours of purchase and only if no optimisation has been run. See our Refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud us, abuse chargebacks, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Disclaimer

Optimisation actions are gated behind restore points and backups, but you use the software at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
