Refund Policy

These rules are enforced automatically by our system.

When refunds are available

  • Within 12 hours of purchase, and
  • only if you have not run any optimisation (Quick, Deep or Ultimate).

When refunds are not available

  • More than 12 hours after purchase.
  • After any optimisation has been run on any of your devices, once a PC has been optimised, the refund is voided.

Disputes & chargebacks

We keep detailed logs of purchases, activations, optimisation runs (with timestamps), device identifiers and IPs. These serve as evidence for any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.

How to request a refund

If you are within the eligible window, contact support via your account or Discord and we will process it.
