What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, country, IP addresses.
• Standard hardware/OS identifiers (e.g. HWID, serials, MAC, OS version), collected only through documented Windows/OS APIs.
• Accounts you voluntarily link (Discord, Steam, Xbox) via OAuth.
• Usage data: optimisation runs, activations, device and licence history.

We never read browser data, scrape files, or do anything an antivirus would classify as info-stealer behaviour.

Why we collect it

To provide the software, enforce licences, prevent fraud and key-sharing, score account trust, and hold evidence for billing disputes.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR / DPA)

Contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (fraud prevention), and consent (identifier collection and any linked accounts), gathered at install/activation.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. Some records may be retained where required as fraud/chargeback evidence, kept minimal and time-limited.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive identifiers, access control, audit logging and rate limiting.
